Currently, I am working in the Department of Anaesthesiology, Critical Care and Pain Medicine, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Guwahati, Assam. Previously, I worked at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Deoghar, North Eastern Indira Gandhi Regional Institute of Health and Medical Sciences, Shillong, and Andaman and Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences, Port Blair. I am associated with teaching training of graduate (MBBS), post-graduate (MD), and post-doctorate students and fellows. Till now, I am fortunate to have mentored 16 post-graduate and Post-doctorate students as a Guide and Co-guide. I am also associated with patient care and research in Perioperative Medicine and Critical Care. I have attended and delivered over 30 lectures and 15 workshops as faculty at different state levels and at zonal, national, and international conferences. I have been awarded best paper presentation, researcher, reviewer, and editor awards on several state and national platforms. I am a life member of the Indian Society of Anaesthesiologists, the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, the Indian Society for Studies of Pain, International Association for NIV. I have developed software for perioperative anesthesia management and applied for three patents.
